Our Mission
The Ohio Association of College and University Business Officers (OACUBO) provides personal and professional development for its members and provides a forum for discussion of problems of mutual interest. To accomplish this mission, OACUBO hosts a two-day Annual Meeting each April and several one-day workshops during the year.
OACUBO membership is made up of over 300 individuals representing more than 80 post-secondary educational institutions in the State of Ohio. OACUBO’s member institutions include public and private, small and large, two year and four year institutions. OACUBO membership also includes over 20 associate corporate members which are companies doing business in Ohio and serving the needs of the higher education community. These Associate Corporate Members are important business partners who support OACUBO in achieving its mission.

OACUBO provides quality educational opportunities for its member through our Annual Meeting, Professional Development Day and timely webinars. The Annual Meeting is a two-day conference that is typically held in April each year that includes several educational sessions and an evening social event. The Professional Development Day is a one-day conference that is typically held in October or November each year and includes several educational sessions throughout the day. OACUBO also offers access to several webinars throughout the year.
OACUBO has provided myself and my staff the opportunity to access quality continuing professional education in the State of Ohio at a great price. I also appreciate the great networking opportunities with colleagues at other institutions during OACUBO’s Annual Meeting.

Associate Controller, Bowling Green State University and OACUBO Past President
I have been the CFO of The Cleveland Institute of Art for 26 years, and been a member of OACUBO throughout that entire time. OACUBO offers incredible value to its members, in the form of continuing education offerings and networking with other Higher Education business professionals at Ohio institutions. The Annual Meeting is an opportunity to hear quality presentations on timely and relevant topics.
