Associate Members Annual Meeting Registration – Complimentary

  • YOU MUST BE AN OACUBO MEMBER TO ATTEND! Each individual registrant must complete a separate registration. There are no group registrations and/or payment options this year. President Level Sponsors receive (3) complimentary registrations and (1) exhibit table. Director Level Sponsors receive (2) complimentary registrations and (1) exhibit table. You must reserve your display space with one of your organization's registrations. Partner Level Sponsors receive (1) complimentary registration. Associate Members receive (1) complimentary registration. Complimentary registrations and display space registrations are due no later than February 28, 2019. Each organization may register additional registrants at the regular registration rate (above and beyond the complimentary registrations).
  • The Early Bird registration ends March 27, 2019. From March 28, 2019 through April 10, 2019, the fee is $175 per person. From April 11, 2019 through April 26, 2019, the Walk-In registration fee is $200 per person. In order to secure a seat at this event, you are encouraged to register by the early bird registration deadline of March 27, 2019.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing no later than March 27, 2019 via email to Renae Davies, Executive Director at No refunds will be granted after this date however we will allow registrants to send someone in their place for no additional cost. Also, registrations submitted after March 27, 2019 are responsible for payment in full upon registering.
  • By taking part in this event you grant OACUBO full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for marketing purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in OACUBO printed materials, website, online publications, social media accounts and/or press releases. If you do not wish to be photographed during the event, please inform an OACUBO staff member or OACUBO board member during the event.

    The Exhibit Tables will be displayed on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
